If your shopping experience has not been up to your satisfaction level or have come across some issue, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have thirty days to return the product that you have purchased which starts from the date it has been delivered to you.
You are eligible to return the product provided it has been unused and remain in the same condition when you have received it.
The product you intend to return must be in its original packaging.
You shall also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase while returning the product.
Refunds
Once the product returned is received by us, we shall inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We shall also notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If the returned product is approved, then the refund procedure method will be initiated to your credit card or any other payment method that you have opted while buying the product.
The amount will get credited within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
Shipping
You shall be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping shall be deducted from your refund.
